🏆 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Level 1 (Foundation)

• Complete Modules 1–4

• Pass knowledge test

• Submit basic playbook + culture doc

Level 2 (Certified Coach)

• Complete Modules 1–8

• Submit:

  • Full offensive system

  • Defensive scheme

  • Practice plan

• Coach a scrimmage team

Level 3 (Elite Coach)

• Complete all modules

• Submit:

  • Full franchise blueprint

  • Film breakdown portfolio

• Lead a competitive VBA team

• Peer + performance evaluation
